Practice of Self-Regulation & Alignment with Life
"...The transformation of impediments within Shen (the mind) is the most important. The fundamental motive for transforming the mind is to support and maintain the development of a permanent contact with our conscience. A lack of conscientious existence habitually results in rapid and disorganized changes of thought and emotion; these fluctuations of thought and emotion affect the circulation of energy in the body; and these result in a disruption of one’s physical and mental health. A permanent contact with one’s individual Conscience is humankind’s most urgent need." Dr. Ming Pang,Originator of Zhineng Qigong
This website is dedicated to disseminating the
information and means to connect you with the
being-science of Zhineng Qigong. Here you can also learn about how and where to learn the practices and knowledge practiced by millions of people world-wide.
Our goal as facilitators is
to manifest and actualize the aim and result of living fully. Our practice methods
include direct energy (QI) visualization, movement
and voice expression. We also facilitate
Experiencing™ to help release developmental and
traumatic accumulated stress.The primary
ground for the practice of these methods is Being-awareness.
The result of practicing the methods is a return to a
harmonious balance with life and nature in the HERE and NOW.
Zhineng Qigong is known worldwide under different trademarks such as Wisdom Healing™ Qigong, Chilel™ Qigong and Chineng™ Qigong. Zhineng
Qigong is an integrated system of
being-practices (methods) that originated in China at
least 7000 years ago. These methods were studied and
analyzed, then synthesized into a coherent and
harmonious whole by Dr. Ming Pang
and others starting in the middle of the 20th century. Zhineng Qigong is a gift to humanity that comes to us from remote antiquity and espouses the true objective knowledge of being in tune with Life, passed down before the origins of the written language.
"We cultivate our own life energy (qi) by accessing nature's great store of qi. This approach produces quick results. But cultivating one's qi is not the most fundamental; cultivating one's spirit is. Mastery of qi is really achieved through mastery of consciousness. We use consciousness in a careful, craftsman-like way, to shape our life, to attain our goals. If we use modern terminology to name this process, we call it qigong..." "…In modern terms, qigong is just the refinement of consciousness to enhance the state of energy in the body. This leads to vibrant health, a harmonious body and mind, and an awakened spiritual life.

practices that involve the physical body, such as
t’ai chi, qigong, and yoga,
are also increasingly being embraced in the Western
world. These practices do not create a separation
between body and spirit... ...They will play an
important role in the global awakening.”
