In this class we explore the fundamental and intermediate aspects of working with universal healing energy. We emphasize intensive practice as a means to further explore the possibilities of experiencing energy transformations.

We practice the primary method of Lifting Qi up an pouring Qi down, as well elements of the two other methods that include Uniting Body & Mind plus Uniting the energies of the 5 organs. We also explore supporting techniques such as Chen-Qi, La-QI and others.

We encourage continuous attendance so that we may grow together as a group and manifest the aim of stabilizing our intention for healing. Come ready to relax on to the Qi-Field for this intensive, extended practice. Minimum requirement: 1 year of practice.

Please wear comfortable clothing and soft, flat shoes. In the interest of comfort for all we ask that you not wear any fragrance. Cell phones should be either turned off or left outside the building.
